Remove fine particles! Zeta potential adsorption filtration fiber 'Zeta Max'
By the power of zeta potential, we efficiently remove difficult-to-remove ultrafine particles ranging from a few nanometers to several hundred nanometers!
The charge-adsorbing filtration fiber "ZetaMax" has a positive surface potential in the liquid. Particles dispersed in the liquid, such as "pigments," "oil particles," "bacteria," "viruses," "glass," "colloidal silica," "colloidal particles," and "color components," have a negative surface potential in the liquid (which varies with pH). When the above microparticles approach the charge-adsorbing fiber "ZetaMax," they are adsorbed to ZetaMax due to the potential difference between positive and negative charges. The charge-adsorbing filtration fiber "ZetaMax" removes microparticles from the liquid not through physical filtration like UF or MF membranes, but through adsorption similar to activated carbon or zeolite. This adsorption utilizing charge efficiently removes viscous substances that are difficult to eliminate using conventional membrane filtration methods, as well as substances in the range of several nanometers to several hundred nanometers that are hard to adsorb with activated carbon or zeolite. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
